Player Registration

Players must register before attenting tryouts. All registrations can be done online. All players must register with CHRVA. This apples to both new players and previous players. USA Volleyball has changed the membership season to September 1, 2009, ending on August 31, 2010, so you can register now for the upcoming season! Register once at the CHRVA site and attend any tryout with any club for the upcoming season.

In addition, to attend our tryout, you must register with NV Premier.

Players will need a parent to help you, since a Driver's License number is required for the USA Volleyball electronic signature. Be sure to select -UNDECIDED- for Club. This will allow you to tryout for multiple clubs, and then you can return to the CHRVA / USAV site later to select your club after tryouts.

At the completion of your CHRVA registration, please print your USAV Registration card and this Medical Release form, and bring it to tryouts. You must have that card in order to tryout.
