Summer Volleyball Camp

 

Centreville Volleyball Camp is entering the 8th year and is proud to be one of the longest running high school camps in the area. The camp is geared for all
players whether you are new to volleyball or have some basic skills and looking to improve on those skills!! We combine both fun and learning into the camp to provide an environment where players improve on all skills and enjoy the experience. The staff a has maximum coach to player ratio of 5:1 which leads to a great learning experience for the campers.

 

Coach Moser and his staff at Centreville invite you to join them at camp for a fun and energetic week of volleyball camp. Coach Moser has been coaching at Centreville High School since 2000 and has developed his program into one of the top High school programs in the Northern Virginia area. In his 10
years at Centreville he has continued to develop players, teams and the volleyball skills needed for players to be recognized for honors both in the
Northern Region and the state of Virginia. The Centreville volleyball program has also had multiple players continue to play volleyball at the college
level. Coach Moser feels that the fundamentals of the game are the key to each players development and cannot be overlooked and need constant
improving to play at each level.

Beginner Camp

 

Cost: $180
JUNE 21– 25 6- 9 pm

 

The beginner camp is designed for all players age 11 and up who are new or just beginning to enjoy the sport of volleyball. Whether it be players who are new to any local youth groups or club volleyball. This camp will also help all players to improve on the basic fundamentals of volleyball! The camp will focus on all basic skills of the game to include:

 

• Passing both forearm and overhand
  Serving
  Hitting
  Basic court positions, serve reception and defense
  

 

The above skills will be taught throughout the week with daily review and progression of the individual skills development. The camp will also incorporate all basic skills into game-like situations.
All Campers will receive a Camp T-Shirt

 

 

Intermediate Camp

 

Cost: $180
JUNE 28 - JULY 2 6- 9 pm

 

The intermediate camp is designed for the more experienced club and high school player along with youth group travel players. This camp will not only improve on the basic skills, but will teach players the more advanced skills of the game.
The camp will focus on basic skills plus advanced skills to include:
Passing both forearm and overhand
Serving
Hitting
Blocking
Defense and Serve receive formations

 

The camp will challenge players to take the basic skills to a higher level by challenging them through more advanced drills and game situations.
All Campers will receive a Camp T-Shirt
